On the evening of June 21st, 2023, we attended the V&A summer party and the grand opening of the Diva exhibition. Over the preceding months, we had dedicated our efforts to crafting a series of innovative modular display figures specifically for this showcase. The unveiling left us elated as we witnessed the impressive results, appreciating the meticulous dressing of the mannequins and the meticulous attention to detail invested by the V&A team in bringing our figures to life.
The Diva exhibition itself is a tribute to iconic performers spanning the realms of opera, stage, popular music and film. This captivating showcase delves into the evolving portrayal of the 'diva' archetype, examining how this role has been both subverted and embraced over the course of time. We wholeheartedly encourage a visit to experience the exhibition firsthand, marveling at the rich tapestry of costumes on display.
