From February 1st 1999, Jonathan Berlin became Managing Director of the Universal Display Group of Companies, with full responsibility for the day to day operations and all aspects of the group's manufacturing facilities both here in London and in China. He will continue to be responsible for the group's USA subsidiary, Universal Display and Design Inc. where he holds the title of Vice President. David Berlin remains as Chairman of the group and President of Universal Display and Design Inc. He will have particular responsibility for range development and sourcing. He is also overseeing the Group's exciting and extensive expansion plans.
